Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Full payment must be made upon reservation.

If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the date of play, then payment will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made less than 28 days before the date of play, 50% of the full payment will be retained by the Club.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of play, 100% of the full payment will be retained by the Club.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness.
We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Please note

Three and Fourball play is not permitted at Royal West Norfolk.

The Club does not accept County Cards.

Whilst we do not mandate players having official WHS handicaps, the course is challenging and can be very difficult for the beginner golfer.
The Club reserves the right to refuse access to the course to anyone who does not have a proficient level of golf.

A very limited number of buggies are available for hire, but only for individuals who are able to produce a medical certificate at the time of reservation.

Visitor play is not possible during the month of August.
